Among them, to ensure the quality of weld clearance requires efficient team cooperation. Each member of the team needs to deeply understand and be familiar with the key characteristics of product structure, geometric tolerance, key process characteristics, measurement methods and technologies. In addition, engineers need to focus on mold accuracy, fixture accuracy, fixture accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of measurement system.
Only when the project management is in place, the form and position tolerance is reasonable, the product function requirements are met, the design, process and measurement datum are unified, the transmission is accurate, the manufacturing process equipment is reliable, the process compensation is effective, the precision of parts meets the tolerance requirements, and then with real-time online monitoring, the weld quality of body robot laser welding can achieve the ideal effect.
