CSM
CSM: A self-developed patented product integrated with photoelectric sensor and temperature sensor, for monitoring the work condition of cover slide, in order to protecting the whole laser optical devices. Suitable for common laser processing tools.
ØCSM system includes fast-drawer of cover slide and OST sensor, of which OST is integrated with temperature sensor and laser scattering sensor
ØReal-time monitoring of the pollution status of cover slide: three feedback signals were set, of which 4V for early warning, 6V for alert, and 10V for stop
